We buy local and organic ingredients when we can (especially in the summer). We feel fortunate to have many organic operations within 100 miles of our shop including many farms in Paonia and we want to support them.

Our all day coffee bar, Café Olé, serves only organic coffee and espresso. We think it is the right thing to do. Organic growing techniques are sustainable, environmentally friendly and create healthy ecosystems and stable communities in many third-world countries.
